Use your Debit MasterCard at any ATM displaying the Star or Cirrus logo. ATM withdrawals, transactions, inquiries and transfers may be completed at Old Harbor Bank ATMs without any ATM fees. For your convenience you can access your Old Harbor Bank account at Presto ATMs up to ten times per statement cycle and Old Harbor Bank will pay the ATM surcharge. ATM withdrawals or transfers in excess of ten (10) combined per statement cycle at any ATM other than Old Harbor Bank will be assessed a fee of $1.25. Owners of other ATMs may charge additional fees for the use of their ATM.
